Frandy was able to obtain Magalene's and Winderlande's Haitian passports today!!
Winderlande has congenital heart disease and has been accepted for heart surgery in the United States.
We first examined Winderlande six years ago and heard "the murmur". Nothing is an "emergency" if you are poor.
